| Tenant | Partner account boundary for data and configuration isolation |
| Application | Integration channel under a tenant, such as POS, e-commerce, or mobile |
| Member | Enrolled end user participating in a tenant loyalty program |
| Personal Code | Human-readable member identifier used at checkout |
| Campaign | Configured reward logic unit scoped to an application |
| Trigger | Event that starts campaign evaluation |
| Rule | Condition logic evaluated on trigger execution |
| Reward | Granted benefit such as points or cashback |
| Wallet | Member reward balances scoped to tenant |
| Voucher | Single-use discount generated from available balance |
| Task | Asynchronous processing unit returned by certain operations |
| Consent | Versioned member agreement to partner policy terms |
| reference | Activity identifier used for deduplication — always use your internal order or transaction ID |
